Here in “Stad”, in beautiful Groningen where nature is a great source of inspiration for our team. Together we do everything we can to spoil you as best as possible.

Characteristic of our kitchen is recognisability and quality. We like to supplement the most beautiful ingredients with herbs and spices from all over the world. Every day we work on new dishes, classic and challenging. We are inspired by the region, by what blooms around us and use this with love in our dishes. Game, fish from the North Sea, salty plants from the Groningen mudflats and fine vegetables and herbs from gardens in and around Groningen. We supplement local gems with herbs and spices from all over the world. But one thing is certain: nature and the diversity of the seasons determine what we create.

Changing seasonal menu


Restaurant Blumé offers modern, elegant and seasonal dishes. The menu is composed by Henrice Dijks and his team.


On Mondays to Thursdays you can choose from a three-, five- or seven-course menu and on Fridays and Saturdays you can choose from a five-, six- or seven-course menu.


The latest techniques are used and you will experience true gastronomy in terms of taste, texture and experience.
